How to activate your school’s email

Every student at Ecole Bilingue has a school’s email. We encourage you to activate it as it is used more and more as the students grow up.

You will need your child’s email (usual format : firstname.lastname.stu@ebnola.com) and a temporary password. Both should be sent by the IT or via an automated email from The Google Cloud Team.

Email from the school

Go on gmail.com and sign-in with the student’s school’s email (1) and the temporary password sent by the school (2).

Accept the terms of use by clicking “Accept”.

Create a definitive password for that account in the “Create password” box (1) and confirm it by typing it another time in the “Confirm password” box (2). Click “Change password” to validate the new password.

Click “Next” on the welcome screen.
Choose the way you want the emails to be displayed and click “OK”.

Automated email

After opening the email, click on the “Sign in” button.

You can now accept the terms of use by clicking “Accept”.

Type a password in the “Create password” box and confirm it by typing it again in the “Confirm password” box.
Click “Change password”.

Click “Next” on the welcome screen.
Choose the way you want the emails to be displayed and click “OK”.

You did successfully set up the email!

How to recover a lost password

If the password for your child’s account is lost or forgotten, please email sebastien.pastor@ebnola.com to ask for a password reset. Please mention the student’s name, his/her class and his/her school’s email address.
The instructions can come from a email from the school or an automated email from “The G Suite Team”.

– Email from the school
  • Sign in in gmail.com and enter your child’s school’s email.
  • Enter the temporary password you will find in the email from the school
  • Enter your definitive password and confirm it by typing it another time, then click “Next”.
– Automated email
  • You should receive an email from “The Google Team”. If you have not received after a while, make sure it is not in the SPAM folder.
  • Once the mail is opened, click on “Reset password”.
  • Create a final password in the dialogue box and confirm it.

If this dialog box pops up, it means you need to sign out from the current gmail account and re-sign in with you @ebnola.com chlid’s account.
