Who we are

Ecole Bilingue de la Nouvelle-Orléans is an independent, French-American school located in the heart of Uptown, New Orleans. We are a PK-8th grade school with programs beginning at 18 months. 

The choice to embark on a bilingual education is a life-long gift to your child, providing them an opportunity to become a multilingual, global citizen. Founded in 1998, Ecole Bilingue has established a reputation for excellence in French-American education. Our students go on to their high school of choice rooted in the values of a multi-cultural education.

Our Mission

The mission of Ecole Bilingue is to develop globally literate students through a rigorous, bilingual French-American curriculum, set in a nurturing and multicultural community. We guide our students to excel academically, foster their curiosity, and prepare them to become creative and innovative contributors to the world.

Accreditations include:

French Ministry of National Education, Independent Schools Association of the Southwest, Association of French Schools in North America, and State of Louisiana. Ecole Bilingue is also a member of the Mission laïque française (MLF).
