You can schedule a tour or attend our Open House on Wednesday, November 9.

You can manage your application to EB through our Veracross portal.

You will pay your application fee through our Veracross portal at the time you submit your application.

The checklist is located in your application on the Veracross portal. It includes the process for obtaining school records and recommendation forms.

An EB admissions representative will contact you to schedule a parent interview once you have completed your application.

For Moyenne Section (Pre-K 4) and Grande Section (Kindergarten), you will receive information regarding a Saturday morning classroom visit on campus that will be scheduled in January.

You will be contacted to schedule a morning for your child to visit in a classroom and participate in an assessment for French proficiency.

Crèche, Toute-Petite, and Petite Section:  At the end of January or early February

Moyenne Section – Grande Section : The middle of March

Grades 1 – 8th – Middle to late February

*If you receive an acceptance from Ecole Bilingue, please be aware that your spot is not reserved until both the $2000 tuition installment and signed Enrollment Agreement are submitted.

AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERNELLE APPLICANTS

Ecole Bilingue’s Preschool program is called La Maternelle and we enroll students as young as 18 months old. When considering your application to EB, please refer to the age chart below to determine the grade level you are applying for your preschool child.
