Fête Française celebrates all that gives the French, our region, and our city… that certain je ne sais quoi!
Fête Française is a free outdoor street festival held at our uptown campus off Magazine Street each Spring. In addition to being our largest fundraiser, this fun-filled event celebrates all things uniquely French and helps to keep the Francophone heritage alive and well in New Orleans and Louisiana through a variety of food, music, art, entertainment, children’s activities, and cultural demonstrations. More than 5,000 people attend!
The festival is known for its exceptional food and drink – French mussels, pommes frites, joie de vivre, and more specially curated from the area’s top-tier restaurants and fine wine purveyors. An exciting musical lineup, games, art and vendor market, silent auction, raffle, and surprises are in store… stay tuned!
All proceeds from Fête Française support Ecole Bilingue de la Nouvelle-Orléans.
